Whatever Thomas, I'm not asking you to do anything for me, so I don't feel like I owe you any explanations. I haven't been all public about trying to work connections for stunters because I'd rather talk about it when it's done. Much like when I help someone out I don't tell everyone. I'll tell my buddies because I get excited and because I care.

When I've got something to show I'll show, until then I don't see the point to talking about it. You guys put me in a weird situation here. What are you doing? Don't tell me what you're doing, show me.

How about don't worry about what I'm doing. I apologized for trying to set that corporation up and including you without speaking to you. That was wrong and it was one of those split second decisions that seemed like it could crash either way.

Zann deftly made the most promising stunter I could pitch into an unjustifiable risk for me. I will not bring my contacts to people I can't trust. I'm not wasting the last seven years of my work on this, and am finding it increasingly difficult to give anything resembling a **** what you think.

Starting a business in someone else's name without thier knowledge has to be breaking some laws somewhere. Doesn't sound too professional if you ask me.

 

The company is still in my name, I had given him a gift one third of the shares of a 3000 share company, since retracted as an error.

Thomas, I did not use your name to lure others. That is a misunderstanding that I will get to the root of. If I was the type to use peoples reputation to make myself look all important, I'd be having big parties and press events about being Teaches agent. Instead, I am trying to see what I can do, and then when I've got him a deal worth making noise about, then I'd step forward socially, but publicly I'd really rather not be the one shaking hands and getting my picture taken. Although I like taking pictures.

Thomas, I am guilty of overstepping my bounds, enthusiastically, but everything else you've been saying about me is just way off base. I am trying to get a few stunters picked up by a few different sponsors and I want to book some differet venues for shows, but I am just getting started and don't know what I can do yet, so I didn't want to publish my business plan so everyone can clown me to the very freaking edge of my temper.

In my previous industry the people I know are aware of my ideas and methods. I have a great set up to ask people to look at something, and I definitely have an inherent currency when it comes to outright asking for favors. A few big ones are owed.

 

Thomas, I was too frustrated and indignant to explain myself to you. I am not used to answering to other people. I am used to other people answering to me. I am also used to being paid for consulting and having people consider my ideas at face value, without the amateurish nit picky social stuff. I am way out of my realm and I am making a **** of an effort here behind the scenes, because I have a lot riding on it.

If you are talking about the sanctioning body, maybe I misunderstood the question. Once I get mad about every fourth sentence actually gets through. Thomas, I don't know how it will work, you guys have to set that up to fit yourselves, you know your industry, I don't. I know this one thing, when someone is thinking about setting up a corporation, and especially a cooperative like this, it's easy to stall out before you even get started and it's a huge mistake, especially timing wise, I know demographics. I am going to say this spring is your window. Check when this sport came onto my radar. Now I'm here because everything is linign up like freaking zodiac ****, and here comes stuntings' opportunity to pick up mainstream big corporate sponsorships. Edgy has finally gotten as far as you guys.

I did that LLC to give you guys a push in the right direction. I can't do anything organizationally, I'm a concepts person, and an innate marketing wiz.

And I really hate sitting around describing myself in glowing terms it feels so fake. CAn you please just wait and let me show you who I am? This is taking a long tiome because I've been through a lot of **** lately, and it took the wind out of my sails for a while.

I still don't have a name for my company. Everything I come up with sounds stupid. (see earlier post for proof)

 

Thomas, one more thing, I forgot to put quotes around that. I am not asking you to show me anything. I am saying that you guys keep demanding I tell you what I am doing then complaining because I tell you what I am doing and it is annoying me.

This is for everyone:

I have permission to book shows and try to get sponsors for some stunters and make a percentage. I am going to try and make that work. The reason I didn't make a big fuss over who I am going to be pushing is because I want to get a deal or two through first. If I fail, it will affect only me if I do it all quet at first. But if I blow it up into what I hope it is going to become befoe I've even done anything, and THEN I fail? I could hurt Teaches reputation too. I didn't want him gambling even a lit bit of negative association type attention when it could be done like this.

Which I am more comforable with anyhow. I'd really rather hang out with you guys than be a part of the show, it's not that I'm shy, I just don't really have anything to add on that end. Over here though, as a writer and networker, I think I can contribute.

I'd like to just find out. I promise anytime a stunter picks up a sponsorship or show you'll all hear about it from them. Until then I don't want to get everyones hopes up and maybe disappoint them. Do you all understand? Let me try this, and please help. If I bring an large outside concern to this they are not going to see what I love, they are going to see this crap and it will reflect on my judgment that I am even involved.

How can I risk my credibility in an industry that I have invested a huge stake on an industry that bucks my involvement? I may want to return to that industry at some point, and the favors I have to spend while big are not limitless. I don't want to waste them. I want to come prepared to this and pushing me to act before the press kits and promo packs and whatever are even finished is not going to help, in the long run it's better to give me a minute to catch my breath. I want to help, not you so much, but there are some people here I really love like brothers, from the first minute I saw them I thought the world of them. Funny thing is, I am not acting as all of their agent.

Those guys I picked based on insinct, and yeah a couple are dear to me. The only one I was wrong about was Alvin. You did me a solid there, Thomas.

It truely is beyond BIZARRE!!!!! Just apologize and admit you got excited and started tripping over your own feet. Alot of these guys like Thomas have been around a LONG LONG time and you are unknown, unproven, and unwilling to conduct business in a proper and professional matter. Did you actually think it would be as easy as you planned? I recommend thinking your ideas over and then rethinking them again before you do such a stupid thing!!!! Communication is vital when conducting business. You pretty much just had your hopes of having anything to do with this industry destroyed because everyone now looks at you like a big joke. Next time, take the proper steps and act like a professional. You did it to yourself.

 

Todd and Scott knew I was setting it up and that I was paying out the fees. Thomas was left out of the loop because I just wanted to set it up and fork it over, not bicker with Thomas. For the third time I should have just left him out and let the men deal with it together and should have just ate the fees from the start, I did anyhow. I overstepped made the wrong choice whatever. It didn't hurt anyone, and if someone gave me a thouand shares of stock in an upstart like this I'd be pretty thrilled. In polite society the proper respoonse to a well intentioned mistake isn't quite so ******* brutal.

I just wanted to help. I'll apologise for the action because it was wrong and I should have thought it through better. The intentions I stand behind, and as with all my actions I will own it. Yeah I did that. And what, dude?

 

I didn't destroy my chances to run the company I want to run and I never wanted anything to do with the sanctioning body, I just want you guys to have one so bad I spazzed out made one myself and gave it to "you" (the riders). I already said I'm sorry. ****!

Moving on, the people I want to sponsor my clients are people who have known me and done business with me for seven years, and they owe me big for pulling similar **** in their industry. The funny thing is, while i am no joke I am known as the left field supplement to a think tank. My methods are eccentric. After I pull off my first miracle people chill, I've been here before and yeah I am mad to have to break in and deal with the specualtion and stuff, but I am the one who chose to go into a new field. I can wait, but I am not one to take a whole bunch of crap and not get all pissy.
