1.) 636's come with 520 chain, so it's fine to run it

2.) how much does that giant steel sprocket weigh? that has to be like a 10lbs sprocket in steel. i'm going to stick to aluminum that i have. Rocked the same sprocket for 2 years and it was fine when i sold the bike. it's called maintenance.

oh ya, i guess this would be 3, remember, if that sprocket is steel and isn't wearing out, then your chain is. don't be a dumbass and run a chain for 8 years and just keep taking links out of it because it's stretching. that causes bad things to happen also.

I have never run anything but aluminum. I have never worn, or broke any teeth off of any of them. I have been running Moto Heaven Sprockets for awhile, and never had any issues with them! It definetly sucks to see that yours broke like that, definetly scary! But I think that there may have been other factors as to why it boke that way.

yeah it's called poor workmanship and cheap azz material, that sprocket was junk period, it would not have mattered even if he polished it everyday and probably was made outta beer cans
