Just got back from Ubly about half hour ago. Had a GREAT time :cool: The weather was great. I'd say low 70's good t-shirt weather and not to hot for the jacket either. Had a good turn out of peeps. Like to thank everyone that showed up. Brandy will have some pics up sometime soon. I'll get my video to Matt so he can post that too. Not sure what's on it I didn't tape any of it.
Oh and after all the **** I talked about trying to go 10's, Well lets just say NOT I did improve my time to 11.31@121 mph :D I never did lower the front of the bike.
I was impressed with Eunice. Her first time at the track and she was whooping some ***(but not mine). Bill did pretty good himself. I'll let them post thier times themselfs. All in all it was a blast. Will have to do it agian. Thanks again to all who came out.

My best time was 10.9 @ 132 mph

Averaged 11.3 and 130 mph

Out of 16 runs.....I had 2 or 3 stall outs and 1 Wheelie! Yippee I finally got to do a wheelie..... it was a good one too and ofcourse noone got it on tape or camera

I'm going to Norwalk, Ohio on the 25, 26 and 27 of October for the Halloween Classic :halloween You want to go?:eatya I'm not going to race though. To many cars (like 800) show up to race. It's actually a 5 day 5 or 6 day event.
The wheelie(car) contest on Saturday is :***** The last 3 years someone has wrecked their car trying to win the $250 payout.

Besides that the next time I go to the track will be in May for the "Spring Fling" @ Ubly. Hope to have my car running by then

 

Well then I reckon I'm gonna have to wait till spring then... cuz there ain't no way I'd be allowed to got down yonder ... let alone for more than a day...

Sue and I had a blast Saturday, I'm hoping we can get 1 more day at the track in this year. Does anyone know the closing dates for the tracks? (Ubly, Lapeer, Milan). I need to work on my 60ft times so I can get in the 10's.

 

Ubly is open this weekend and then their done for the year.

Lapeer always say that their open till the snow flies.

Not sure about Milan. I don't go there because on the normal test & tune days they are to strick for me.
