what do you guys think about having a passenger on the back that likes to ride while you do wheelies?? My girl loves it but i have had alot of people comeup to me and tell me im a dumbass for doing it. its justa s hard as a normal wheelie to me you just have to balance the weight diffrently is all. and she wears all her gear too. what do you guys think about this?? is it a cool stunt or am i realy a dumbass for doing it???

 

i've done it with my wife on the back a few times, she loves it too. When i first started stunnin I swore i'd never do it with her on the back, but she's around the sport all the time, she realizes the risks, and she asks me to do it. It makes me nervous, but at the same time i'm more careful than ever when doing it because I WILL NEVER drop a bike with her on it. But she is not allowed on the bike in anything less than full gear.

Kinda easier cause the balance point is about halfway up compared to just me being on the bike, the extra weight on the back (no she's not fat or anything at all) keeps it lower, which i think is a little safer.

do what you want, if she's cool with it than who cares what somebody else thinks.

beat this, our engagement photo for our wedding is going to be the 2 of us riding a wheelie. It'll be the only time myself or her will get on a bike without a helmet, but it will be a very low speed controlled wheelie. hows that for an awesome girl?

 

i've done it once in first gear and it felt like i added 50 teeth to the rear sprocket

 

I think it's cool as long as your passenger is into it and is aware of what could possibly happen if something goes wrong

 

But I don't think Jason Britton has enough bike though you need at least 35 to 40 to be Big Tymers

 

I think they're sweet! I've been doing them with Ryan and Daniel on the back. Last night we did a 3 up! I'll post some pics tomorrow night.

 

i am one that wants to do two ups soon, but its like all the guys i ask over here in mich are like nooooo. they said theres too much of a risk with girls. i think thats bull! you learn slowly, i told them i want to try it out at first, not go crazy and do mad *** stunts, just to see if its something i like. if you start out slow you can start to adapt to each others balancing points(got that from carms haha) then you can work your way up. so i say let them ladies try it, dont look down upon us cause we are chics!

I get pissed at my friend that aren't very experienced and ride a girl on teh back and pop it up without telling them. Most people don't want to, but when they ask we'll put the gear on and go do it. I'm safe on wheelies and very comfortable doing them on my bike so it's not too bad with a passenger, i'm just extra careful.

and your friend that did it on the 954, he's a dumbass, it was a first date, so obviously he didn't know the girl, another reason i wouldn't do it. They could sue you or something. I only do it with close friends.
