Streetfighter Conversion

I am doing a streetfighter conversion on my 929. I just put the Acebris Diamond headlight on my bike. I went to go jump onto my gas tank and my legs sit on the handlebars making it hard to control. Then to get back over the bars I felt all unconfortable. When I had the front fairing on never had to worry about hitting the handlebars. I am waiting on the FI risers and my DB bars. Is this just something I have to get used to or is there a secret to this.

You mean like doing xup hc stuff? Yeh that feels weird. I still to this day didn't try a HC with my upper off
