you have a qualifier first to setup how high each rider ranks, winner going last and getting lane prefferance.. just like drag racing.

Deserving of highest payout? Not in my opinion. It doesn't show a depth of riding ability.
I feel 300ft approach sets a nice level playing field, that way guys that don't have an airport, or drag strip to practice at still have a chance to compete with those who do. I feel limited approach takes a much higher skill set to compete.
The drama on this thread runs deep...
