Your cages are bullet proof...... I can't lie about that, BUT your customer service sucks ***, and that is comming from personal experience!

 

yea on paypal u can set it up to where people can pay with credit cards and dont even need a paypal account. but to refund back the money might be a bit tricky.

 

i sent you the wrong cage, then i replaced it. overnighted BOTH cages & i didnt even charge you for it. i told you i would send you a FREE street cage for your troubles--on the condition you send me the other cage back. so when you finally decide to send the cage back, you will receive your FREE street cage. i dont understand where the problem is.

so figure the cost of the cage. 275 MAX(im sure you didnt pay that much at HAI) then subtract the 2 overnight fees at 150 each. ive already lost $25 & im willing to lose another 160 retail for your street cage. please explain how shitty my customer service is again. i think you are being a little unreasonable.

this is exactly why i dont send out 2nd cages anymore without having the 1st one in my hands. im going to send you the 3rd cage & i will never get the 1st one back.

just keep doing what you are doing jeff. we are selling the **** out of them while the 905's and FI's sit on the shelf. people see what we do to them and the next day are trying to get one. all the people talking **** are the ones that don't want to put any money out and are just looking for a handout. i bought my first 2 cages before i even talked to you about sponsor. Because why would any one want a free cage if it was junk. I could of had a free FI cage not from FI but did not want it cause there is no way in hell it would stand half a chance to your cage. Everyone can take that however they want

 

thats weird, I say Jeff has some good customer service, I was shoppin around for a cage and emailed some other cage companys but they all replied pretty slow, not bashing them or anything but I do think Jeff takes care of his customers good and fast....MXD

 

everybody has good and bad experiences with cage companies.
so how does 1 persons bad experience make it a bad cage?
on the flipside how does 1 persons good experience make it the next best thing

Jeff aka MXD is one of the BEST business men I had the pleasure of dealing with.
1. He drove to my house and installed my cage for me! I was a little mechanically challenged back then.
2. then hooked up a buddy I sent to his shop and he installed his cage for him right on the spot!
3. And even after all that, STILL invited me to stunt w/ him at his spot

Jeff is awesome and his cages are even better. Don't knock'em unless you tried em'. :YEAH

 

I ordered a cage ANd paid for overnight shipping on the first one, it was overnighted but it was the wrong cage, if you overnighted the second one you need to get a different carrier because I didn't get the right cage until 2 and a half weeks later, so I paid 80 bucks for nothing to get a cage, you did say you would send me a free street cage for my trouble but you were still buildling them, after many attempts to contact you (which is understanding as to how you are a growing company with high demand right now) you said you would over night me the street cage, never came and I called back, some girl called me back and told me to send the other cage and I would get a free street cage...... So not until the last call did you tell me to send back the other cage, Why should I be out shipping and handling to fix your mistake. ( I don't want to keep you first cage as it is welded incorrectly) You do have a good product and no-one can calim your cages aren't good........ I have first hand beat the **** out of the cage and nothing happens to the bike, and it isn't a shin buster either. Good product just a bad experience.....

 

I never bashed the product........ Its the best out there, And I have had 905 and FI on my bike before, just had a bad experience.

 

bolt the rear mount up and sledge hammer that **** til it lines up

 

I bought an f4i cage and that thing is bullet proof and just ordered a 954 cage. MXD :YEAH

MXD is the best cage money can buy who else is tig welding ??? i thought so, as for the suzuki, well what can you say it's a lemon i would never buy one of those things in the first place

 

i ordered one of jeffs cage WAY back in the day... i got it when they werent powdercoated :o
mine has taken a beating.
i still cant 12, but i ca wreck trying.
i cant endo long,
but i can pancake them at the end.
through all the learning, my MXD cage has always held up.

a good cage can withstand someone learning on it, the MXD does just that.

everytime i have needed a question answered, jeff has always helped.

jeff-- i have an idea id like to run by you for a cage design.
once i get to las vegas, i will build a mock up on and send it to you.
you can use it if you want, if not its cool.
i dont have time to do it, so i thought you maight be able to use it

ill get back at you once i get settled in vegas.

 

u got a website, and u dont accept credit card payments? just login to ur paypal account, if u dont have one sign up, then click merchant tools, then type in what u want to sell and how much then it generates the code, then paste the code in your site. and the button shows up. just like so http://www.motoxschool.com/orderinfo.htm
