lots of work. if sug gets on here he'll tell you. there was already a number of us that had been working on getting a chapter put together. so i didn't really have to prospect, but then again, we had to wait all that time for our vests to come in. and we still don't have all of them for all our members, some sizes were out of stock,etc.
but nothing beats going out of town and having a crew lookout for you before you already get there. love it.

since i own a bike shop, a lot of ****. walk the dog, sweep the floors, etc. they get some **** for it, if we need furniture moved, whatever. gotta see how they ride. that powerwheelie yo homeboyigotblox shyt don't cut it. i don't want some moron wrecking someone in our crew. don't get it twisted, check out my website. i'm not exactly one of those girlie girls. just ask my girlfriend. 
prospecting is more like them showing their worth. some guys won't cut it, and you don't find out until weeks down the line. don't show up for mandatory rides, etc. things are getting more strict, they got guidelines for everything now. we have to have new members each month, have to have weekly rides, etc. some of its way overboard, but whatcanya do about it.

yep. after the philly crew came through here for our bar b q, it basically announced us to the rest of the city. i knew there was going to be some **** with this other club, so we kept a lid on it until everything was official. so now that heads have heard, i get a lot of unnecessary azzkissing at clubs, and from customers. but you get a lot of haterz now too, people trying to flex their muscles and taking the club thing too seriously. but as with anything you have the good with the bad, and when i'm thirsty, and feeling lazy, all i gotta do is make a phone call.

hell yeah, but i took actual applications on 2 out of like 30. i need to feel comfortable and like i can trust my people you know? usually lasts for 60 days, then everything's good to go.

they don't pay me, they pay corporate. rather, i collect their dues, send tem into corporate. club stuff isn't for everybody though. you have your monthly dues as well, get "fined" for infractions, etc.
