oil pick up and subframe question

oil pick up and subframe question

1. im putting a pick up in the gixxer should i still run 3/4-1 quart extra or is that just over kill.

2. i did a search and couldn't find what i was looking for but what is the best way to re-inforce my subframe. ive seen people running an extra flat piece of steel but im not sure where its coming from or where its going to.
any help or pics would be great. its an 02 gsxr 600

best thing you can do is get another bike. seriously gixxers are for stunting.not hatin but it's the truth.best canyon/street/track bike but stuntin

fill it to the top of the window with the bike upright on both wheels.

dont overfill a gsxr...good for honda, bad for suzuki...you will pump oil into the intake and hydrolock. get the stuntex.com oil pickup.
