Matt, as I stated, I had originally done a well thought out review in the proper section of the forum (Video Reviews), but apparently those posts need to be approved before they go live.

Believe me, I respect what you guys are doing, and it's not about the $20... I was just disappointed that the video wasn't what I hoped for.

If I could make a suggestion, do a video on stock bikes... I think that's what the majority of people ride, and it's hard to transfer some of the ideas from your pizza pan sprocketed, MX bar, streetfighter to my stock gixxer.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and congratulations on getting the opportunity to make a living doing something you thoroughly enjoy.

Re: kyle woods stunt how to videos

I thought the first 2 videos were very informative. Especially for viewers who don't have anyone to watch and learn from. Theres always the Stuntlife help and how to section....but... seeing along with hearing helps out alot more. Gotta give em props for this.

Oh yeah the only thing missing from the advanced wheelies video was SITDOWN circles! you guys must think those are a ***** too!!!

Re: kyle woods stunt how to videos

Well, if we may say so ourselves, the first video was not what we had hoped for either. Unfortunately, nobody wanted to co-sign our idea and we fronted the bill and used garbage equipment and my editing skills. Volume 2 came out and we got a lot of support once everyone saw how we had approached the idea of "instructional" videos. New equipment, but still, my editing skills. We got some great support with sponsors and throughout this venture (which has been about a year now) we made great friends with an exceptional video graphics designer. The next 3 videos will be on STOCK bikes and edited by a pro. We are perfectionists, believe me and we did the best with what we had. We were harder on ourselves than you are on us. I assure you, we're not delaying delivery of the last 3 episodes because we're sipping margaritas out of coconuts on fiji courtesy of anyone's hard earned cash. If all goes as planned, the last 3 will be well worth the wait.

Talking Re: kyle woods stunt how to videos

Well I thought that both videos were very informative. I've only been wheeling for about 2 months now and the first video helped me out more than any thread has actually. The only thing that you guys left out was dumping the clutch. That works on my bike, because when I slip i have to rev to much.(well too much for me at least) Other then that, the video is superb. It also helped me understand that when my bike comes up I'm not going to loop it, its just somewhere around my balance point and I didn't use a survival reaction when I first came around the balance point.

Thanks alot, now I'm waiting for the stoppie video. Did everyone know that you can't get chicks doing 6 inch stoppies???

People need to start supporting and stop listening to the hype. I heard a lot of B.S. about Kyle either on SL or from word of mouth. When we briefly met he was a cool guy, someone who I respect because I gave him respect.

I don't sweat anyone either so don't get it twisted haters. Just defending another person who is one of the best in this.

Teach from Core6 is another who I met on SL and helped me out a lot when he didn't need to......

Sorry to interrupt here, I am not sure if you have seen Volume II - Advanced Wheelies, but that was done on a STOCK bike 2001 R6, no bar, no cage no sprocket, just a little brake and tire pressure mods

Sorry, just my

Congrats boys, I thought the videos were AWESOME! Keep them coming!

Re: kyle woods stunt how to videos

I personally think that the videos are informative, and entertaining. Entertainment is something that I feel is always missing from how-to vids. But, who am I? I continue to be impressed by Gorka, what more can I say........

Teach...you are still a ***.

not me......I was on the red 636, thanx for the compliments, they really mean alot! I hope everyone enjoys The Adventures of Kyle Woods & Joe Vertical, Bike Week 05 (currently in duplication, will be ready to ship by the end of May)..............making the video was the most fun I have ever had on my bike. Woods has a way of making you have a good time while riding, and it really makes things 10 times better! The video follows us for 6 days during bike week. We did 4 shows, 1 practice day at the Star Boyz Team Extreme event, and on our day off we take you to Mission Skate park for some BMX and Skate action (Woods also kills it on a skateboard), not to mention the night life! I just want everyone to see how much we really enjoy riding for anyone that will watch..........and also have a chance to un-veil some brand new mind-numbing tricks that no one has ever seen! So....stay tuned!

Re: kyle woods stunt how to videos

I have to say this has turned out to be a cool thread. Where else can you go and tell a guy his vid suxed or his was great and they post back the answer and no bull straight out honest. It wasnt a **** you so sorry. It was Hey were working on it and getting it done. wait to see what comes next. I dont think there is another community out there like the stunt community. You guys rock.

maybe soon I can get off my pow pow power wheelies and stop toying with the slow stuff in the grass on a dirt bike.
