Do any of you have any experience with a "reckless driving" ticket here in Georgia? It is in Henry county. I don't mind paying a fine or whatever, but really don't want a reckless driving on my record. I have a pretty clean record. I tried to plea bargain with the "prosecutor" down to a speeding ticket, but he won't give (without me having a lawyer involved, so it seems). Any suggestions? I am currently interviewing lawyers. Any help is appreciated. It seems that the officer (state patrol) didn't file a report. Can this be in my favor any? Please let me know. Thanks.

 

Not positive, but i think if you get a lawyer it should get thrown out. If you dont, maybe a public defender would help you get it lowered to a speedig or something else.
