Measure the hole in the subframe and let me know. I use 1/2" solid roundbar for the bars, with the bends that are in the subframe from the factory hold it in without welding so you will be good.

I changed that last design i had to this new one, went off your drawing on the left and this was as close as i could get it. Did it up pretty quick but you get the idea.
***i could make it long enoug for scraping if you want but you're mor than likely going to have to add some support to the subframe. Not too sure about welding it in though cause you're eventually gunna have to change it out due to it grinding on the ground.

PM'ed...you will have it in 2/3 days! Found out on saturday just how strong these things are, my buddy looped his 3 times in a row then cartwheeled it down the road and it held up perfectly. Only damage to the bike was a bent footbrake which unfortnately went through the clutch case....ouch, but the subframe is straight and his fender it fine!!

Well i got my round bar in the mail today havent been on the 50 in a while and well i looped a few times hit it pretty hard a few times... everything seems ok little shorter then i thought but itll keep me from tryin to scrape it. i like it man and thanks again. and yeah it def needs a few hard taps to get in but once its in didnt seem to move at all ill post up a pic of it soon

Damn that was quick, glad its working out for you. I welded mine in and my buddy just put his in un-welded and it held up durring his tumble the other day. Thanks again!!

Hit it a few times already huh!! I hit mine once so far and i'm impressed how it held up considering everyone was saying its gunna **** up the subframe!!

When i looked at it on my iphone it looked like the bar had hit the ground a few times, looking at it now I see it was just a really small picture!!
