50 not running right

I pulled my motor to paint the frame and when i put it back in it will not run for crap. It is cutting out and backfiring. I pulled the carb and cleaned it out, adjested the needle all the way down(trying to limit the amount of fuel dropping in the carb) and also checked the plug. I didnt do anything to it besides unbolt the motor and it was running fine. I dont know. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I also am running a uni air filter with a stock pipe with the baffles removed. thanks

This fix needs to be a sticky. just seems that there is about one of these a month, always the same problem after a frame gets painted
