How much does a K&N air filter do for you?? Do you even notice the difference and haul oats or is it nothin at all?

K&N

When I slapped on the K&N filter on my fiddy it made slight difference.Made it sound meaner, because of all the air. but you have to re route the crank case breather tube. But you should jet it after you buy it soo it evens things out. Playing with the stock carb's not that hard!!! just Lower the clip of the jet-needle. try second from bottom groove, and turn the air-screw out 1 3/4...

Buy a UNI foam filter. Use a #60 jet when jetting the carb. That should get you a little more performance.
