Re: Handbrake yes or no?

having a handbrake incase you go too far back is like having a 12 bar incase you go too far back, ive heard it a hundred times and it makes no sense

Re: Handbrake yes or no?

having a hb on the 50 will probably make a hb on a street bike easier to use if/when you get one. im not a big fan of hb's so i dont have one on any of my bikes. do what you want man, its up to you what you want to do.

what makes no sense about it?

You have your feet over the handle bars, NO chance at htiting the rear brake. You start to go too far back, what to you do? Do you wreck? Or do you hit the brake?
Well since it makes no sense to you, you just wreck.. I hit my brake and continue to ride my wheelie

This is a oold post. . Before I had my hand brake.. Now i have it and I LOVE it... HC O's, SS O's, and maaaaany other tricks opened up when I got my HB
