Bicycle ones will work , but you might have to drill out the hole to fit thru the axle bolt . Also no chain adjusters on them .

And you might need a longer axle bolt if they are too thick (where the hole is)

Re: xr50 rear peg - cant find them

I drilled out a bike peg to 1/2 inch (only one, you'll need a extended axle for two) and I kept my chain adjuster. Grip tape that ***** too, trust me.

Re: xr50 rear peg - cant find them

I got mine at walmart for 7 bucks a pair you can only fit one with a stock axel and keep your adjusters, only catch is you have to drill out the peg to fit the axel but the peg works great after some grip tape. you might want to grind a 45 on the edge of the peg to keep it from grabbing the ground while turning.

Re: xr50 rear peg - cant find them

do you have to flip the axle around to have the peg on the left? the threaded end of my axle sticks out the right side

Re: xr50 rear peg - cant find them

I didn't flip mine, i still have the nut on the right.

you can fit two bike pegs on your stock axel if you remove the tensioners but its kinda hard to line up the wheel and keep it there.

i have 2 BMX pegs ona astock axle... took the adjusters off and welded 10mm bolts to teh pegs to fit in the adjuster slots... been working for 2 years with no problems

butif you get BMX pegs,,, cut them shorter or you'll drag tehm adn low side hard in corners and sit down circles

Re: xr50 rear peg - cant find them

see all these headaches and labor you have to put into a bmx peg and you end up making it the 50 stunt peg. thats why i went ahead and ordered it from them.

Re: xr50 rear peg - cant find them

buy a 14mm "oversixe axle" BMX bike peg, notch the side of it with a file or grinder so it will fit on with the adjusters.

done.

Re: xr50 rear peg - cant find them

i used a set of bicycle pegs on my 06 ttr 50 as well, i had someone CNC cut them to fit around the chain adjusters and sit tight to the swingarm, works great

if you're like me and have more time and skill than spare money it's really not that bad/hard to do... i just pulled the adjusters...slapped it all together...then held the 10mm bolts in place and tacked tehm on while thee bike was sitting ona bucket... but if you don't have the right tools and thigns like that it's easier to jsut buy them... not to mention the 50stunt pegs have a great knurling on them for awesome grip.... BMX pegs are simple and cheap, but nothing grips like a 50stunt peg

Re: xr50 rear peg - cant find them

dont pay for a damn thing, get you a piece of steel tube piping, Free almost any shop. take off the axle nut and weld it onto it, and you can just screw it on like a nut.
