. It will go good for a little then start bogging and go..bog down...go a little...then die out and it will be hard to start
. same **** keeps happening it will start but dies out in a little...what do u think the problem could be?...Im gonna get some carb cleaner and see if that works....any suggestions

Did you replace the plug when you replaced the cap? If you cracked the cap you probably effed up the gapping in the plug too. If you already did that I've got nothing.
Would I be kicking a dead horse if I suggested proper powerband maintenence?

I didnt touch any of the motor bolts...I didnt mod the carb at all...and it couldnt have anything to do with the new spark plug and boot I just put in becuase its doing the same thing as when the broken spark plug boot was on. I dont know how the boot broke but it wasnt totaly broken just the side had a triangle shaped chip. IDK what else to say.

so you take care of it?
airfilter cleaned?
oil fresh?
breather hose not plugged?
you have a cr6hsa or equivelent in ther?
old gas?
i need more info on the bike.. like can you do a plug chop? results?
when did it start?
get it wet?

I change the oil once a month or so....clean the airfilter once a year...lol the manual syass every 600 miles so thats like once a year for the amount I ride. the black hose was tied in a not but I untied it and it still doesnt work. The gas is new. The plug is the right one....I dont know what A plug chop is. It started a while ago and went away..poped up a month ago..now its really bad..its wierd how it comes and goes...really sketchy!!

yall quit arguing with each other and answer the guys question
a cracked plug cap or boot or what ever you call it wouldnt affect anything unless it got wet allowing the spark to arc off off the head instead of at the plug itself seems to me youve done everything properly by replacing the plug and cap. did you check the gap on the new plug?
i would check to make sure the cap is threaded onto the high tension lead properly other than that your problem may be some where else
and it is called a spark plug cap the rubbers on the ends are the boots
do a urine sample and drain the float bowl into something so you can look at the fuel see if it has tiny bubbles in it or any foriegn materials if it does then you found your problem

make sure the vent is working on the gas tank. if it runs fine at first and then gets worse everytime, crack the gas cap and see if pressure escapes. whats does the plug look like? check the ground wire. try cleaning the carb. also, once it gets to where it wont run, try opening the drain on the float bowl to see how much gas comes out, maybe its not getting gas

i would take the fuelline off the carb and point it into somthin then turn the gas on and see if it comes out smooth and fast be sure to turn the gas off before u do this and if it doesn't comeout or comes out really slow check ur fuel lines and petcock i got nothin else
Re: my 50 isnt running...cant wheelie now!
sounds to me like you need to clean the carb.... had a jet ski that ran like hell... cleaned the carb and it was a champ again... you have spark so forget about the spark go on to something else.... Try cleaning the carb I think it will help ya.
