i have a 2002 cbr 954 RR how hard is it to change them? and where can i get instructions online. cause im poor as hell due to riding

 

Dude I would suggest that you let someone else that is trained in replacing seals and adjusting fluid levels, fix your forks. Changing the the fluid is a long process to make sure that you get all the air out, especially in an inverted style fork. But not to discourage you. If you purchase the manual for this bike it is actually pretty detailed instructions. I have a 929 and I got the manual cd on ebay for $5. If you still have trouble, I can post a pdf of the procedure for the 929, works the exact same way.
