I got this dumpsterbaby '88 F1 $200 bucks and finally got it running, It starts smoking after 30 seconds a whitish smoke with a little blue tint, hard to tell if its oil or coolant.

Here's the bad part, it's leaking coolant from the OUTSIDE of the engine right by the head gasket.. I'm worried that it's also leaking it into the combustion chamber.

I hardwired the coolant fan to keep temps down.

Can I run just water and waterwetter? or another giant fan? JB weld? It's a garbage wheelie bike, I just dont want to spew a bunch of coolant at our spot.
