f3 license plate placement

alright, this question is for the guys with f3's.... where are your license plates mounted? and do you have any problems with the ?

the reason i ask, is im at college right now, with my bike, and the last 2 nights, the mupd (campus police) have pulled me over as im going to park my bike for the night. its complete bs, all they say is that my plate needs to be more visible. do you guys have any suggestions as to where i can mount it better? normally i wouldnt care, but since its a smaller campus it sucks.

heres a pic of where its mounted now, its not exactly the best pic, but it does show that its hard to see the plate

thanks
