02 r6. good bike or no?

Im thinking about gettin an r6 i found one for a dam good price and i just want to know is there any flaws about them? are they good bikes? let me know.

The 99-02 r6 is notorious for 2nd gear going out, and they are carbed unless your getting this bike for around a grand look for something else.

I personally feel that it is not a good bike and you must not invest on it.
