I have a friend that just recently ran from the cops down here in FL. Except he got away, and a couple days later the cops are knocking on his door and arrest him.

Now hes going to court and trying to get the cops back by saying its unlawful impriment. Because they cant prove that it was him on the bike that night.

Me personally if I was in miami and someone cut me off I would of looked in the back window to see if I could see lights. If not and I got cut off like that I would have got away from him. I wouldnt have jumped up on the sidewalk like he said he did, after the cop cut over 2 lanes. I dont know about you, but 2 lanes is more then enough for me to get around on a bike without ever leaving the road.

I'm thinking your gona get . It sound like you might have gotten worried about them stealing your bike. Then to be cool and show the people that were gona steal your bike that they arnt getting it, you jumped on the sidewalk. Just so happen to be that the people going to "steal" your bike were cops.

Honestly I think that your just a kid that is a tad bit pissed of at the for busting you, and your trying to get them back for you spending time in jail. Because your story didnt make any sence. Maybe I couldnt read it right with the ghetto talk i dont know.

 

I was in a 3 lane light the lane i was in is the one you can turn right on red. Next to me there was a car next to that car was the lane to turn left. The charger acted like he was gonna turn left then he drove in front of the car next to me and blocks me in. I was in neutral but when i noticed they were DTs and the passanger DT was jumping out to try to grab me i throw it in first. (Which was a bitch cause the bike was hot and i had to rev it to get it to click into first.) The chargers a long car so i couldn't go straight or around him. The beginging of the sidewalk wasn't leveled with the street so getting over it took longer then it should of. When i did and i think im home free he rammed me with his car and i did a front flip over the gas tank. The bike isnt that bad since it happened at a slow speed but this is my 2nd crash on the F4i and ive had 2 other ones on my GSXR so my knees are fucked up at this point later the DTs while they were taking me to station were laughing at me about the flip saying i flew like superman.....then they said " supppppperman that hoooo" .......................

Yea that's what i didn't wanna do though cause a lawyers mad money.
I wanted to explain my story on here to see if i had enough evidence that i could go to court without one but i guess ima need one.

 

get a lawyer and for god sakes USE PERIODS AND COMA'S!!

half your posts are one huge sentence. Do you have any idea how hard that is to read for someone with ADD as bad as myself

def need a laywer and fast sooner you get one the better find one thats politically linked. my laywers brother is the LT. Governor of mass so it cost a little more but its well worth it

unless you hands down know that there is evidence of the cop rammin you/****** you up, dont defend yourself. You cant jus run into court up against ONLY cops sayin, yo they did me wrong cuz i says they did, let a lawyer work out every aspect of the case on their own. If you were done wrong as you say and want to get those ******* back, spend a little money to get a lawyer and sue their ***!!
