Alright yo im not gonna sit her and explain detail by detail so i just scanned the report and i need some help knowing what i should do with these **** *** cops i was riding to my crib bout to get there i was on 147 ave i was at a red light this black charger cuts across two lanes to get infront of me i thought it was somebody tryna rob my bike so i jump on the sidewalk im about to ride down the ave and get away and this ***** rams me with the charger i fly off the bike do a high *** front flip land on my *** get fucked up by the cops get arrested then they start talking **** saying ima get charged with battery on a police officer cause i almost hit em then i said naw chill **** you **** ***** i know the law its illegal for you to chase me ima sue your *** then they got scared they didnt write up a accident report saying they hit me they just said reckless driving and resisting arrest with out violence w/e i had to go to the police station for mad long wit those **** *** clip on handcuffs then the jac far *** **** what do i do take it to court or do a program ?

They can chase you if you've commited a felony in Florida. If you ran from one cop, you've now commited a felony and they can chase you.

besides all the ghetto slang, i figured out most of what you said.. all police vehicles are equipt with video, so if they say you were eluding them. ask for the video, and if no video, demand to hear the radio call reporting you as a runner... they gotta have something, and if not, your fine.. the car that ran you down should have a video, which is activated as soon as the lights are turned on, and if the on board video shows you on the ground, and not being chased, thats cause they never turned on the lights, letting you know they were cops, and an unmarked charger, ****, i woulda hauled as too... get an attorney, dont take ****. if this is your first felony, you can take pti, which is pre trial intervention.. your only given one in your life, hope you didnt use it yet...lol

 

So what should i do? then i got a ticket besides getting arrested for * driving high rate of speed popping wheelies several improper lane changes * they said they were following me with the lights off for about 5 blocks but i kept cutting through cars til they caught me at a red light by my crib and cut me off so i gotta pay a 1,000 for that wheelie ticket cause of the new law in florida?

so, they should have video of the 5 blocks they followed with lights on, if not, your ok, if so, your fucked.... all the other tickets dont mean ****, they are all minor crimes, not felonies... so, only you know the truth, so dont bullshit yourself, and bullshittin the attorney and or the judge wont help a bit... just get an attorney, tell him the truth, get all evidence they either have or dont have, and any real attorney can make a good case and either beat it, or if your fucked, get ya a good deall. i been to prison, and you need alot more than one case to go, so dont worry, community service, probation and *** loads of fines is the wosrt that can happen, thats under the guidelines of what you told us.

 

they were following me with the lights off even when they cut me off the whole time never did they turn on the lights but on the report they said we activated the emergency equipment of our unmarked police vehicle which is bull **** too FUCKKKKKING COPSSS!

 

a charger is a common vehicle, if it didnt have lights eityher activated, or atleast on the roof for you to see, than you were in fear for your life of being robbed. hell, all the dope boys are riding in chargers now a days, tell them you were scared it was a dope boy you owe money to for all the crack you smoked.. lol jk. really, an unmarked car without active lights is just another car to me...

The "Wheelie Law" doesn't take place until October. If anything, they'll get you for wreckless driving. Same with cutting traffic.

Get a lawyer and you'll be fine, even if convicted. No lights, no dice. I have several friends who are officers and when they pull you, they have to indicate who they are. (So, I'm told) If I saw a charger try blocking me off, I'd get the hell out of there too.

You have access to the videos and radio recordings, get the copies and see what happened for yourself by their standards.

Most cop cars have cameras. Find out if they had a camera in the car and get a lawyer to try and get that tape I dont know how you would go about doing that but any lawyer would wanna jump on this coz you could sue. I think anyway. Talk to a lawyer.
