In a perfect non-corupt world, thats the way it would work. In my brothers case that he got fucked on, the video camera just "happened" not to be working and the dispatch tape "happened" not to have a transcript.

In other words, unless you got any witnesses that you've never met before, YOURE FUCKED! Its his word against yours.

see i didn't lose control of the bike i didn't stall he wrote down whatever the **** he wanted too ? he ******* rammed the **** outa me and the scratches on my bike and his car proves it so what should i do the lights never turned on so the camera never turned on im guessing ? theres no way i can fight this in court without a lawyer?

and you was gonna run to the police station

are there cameras on the streets (shops,traffic cams,banks)

Why? What did you do (be real now) did you see some bitches and try to hit a wheelie? Did you do a burnout? what? They don't usually make a habit of running bikers over just because they want to see you up close!?! You had to do something to trigger a pursuit. Figure that out and you'll be closer to figuring out the case that's pending!


No you don't know the law...its not illegal for the police to chase you!! The sooner you realize that the better!


Most if not all cars in FL have dash cams. The footage will provide an eyewitness's account of the events leading up to your placement into custody. In most cases you would need to provide proof of said assault. If you can get the officers badge # and find out what car he drives. I'd get a picture of his vehicle wearing your paint or your vehicle wearing HIS paint! This way the judge can determine what really happened. NOW... if you really fled and ran and are "sugar coating" the story for us REMEMBER in court the video will ******* BURY you, so don't bullshit for the sake of bullshitting! If you really were in the wrong I'd lay low and get off as easy as possible. If you start going for blood you may find out how hard it is to fight the law. A lot of attorneys won't even touch a case against a law enforcement agency because they don't want the drama. My advice is seek legal counsel, stop ******* telling people about your case, and hopefully you'll (if you were in the right) get whats coming to you! Hope this helps!

and yea i got to 147 ave but they said they had been following me since the back roads around 167 tryna catch up to me and they saw me doing wheelies improper lane changes and traveling at a high rate of speed so what your saying is i shouldnt of posted this on stuntlife?

GET PICS OF YOUR BIKE AND THE COP CAR THAT HIT YOU BEFORE THEY FIX IT.
You should be able to get some sort of free legal advise wherever you are.
Call the cop shop and get badge numbers and car numbers...let them know this is going to court. Get permission to get pics of the car.
GO TO THE HOSPITAL...get some documentation of any injuries...even little ones.

A good lawyer will beat this hands down. Your gonna pay alot for it, but man,,..I stayed out of prison on my (habitual) 3d felony with a good lawyer.

So get off stuntlife for a bit...make some calls.

 

Yea I'll be out there! I have completely worn out the left side of my Metzler though. I got a pilot power but need to put it on, do you got tools? The metzler is showin steel and I don't want anymore brake pedals through legs so imma change it out!!

 

Well in law suits you'd be surprised what good insurance attorneys can find. If they found a post where you embellished upon your story or mentioned that you may have been wrong etc... your case could suffer!! I'd recommend not talking any further about it until you talk to an attorney!! Seriously!

Get a very good lawyer. Even if you have to pay more, it will be cheaper in the end. They will try to offer you a deal and if you are happy, accept it.

The cops are allowed to chase you in FL like nags said if they suspect your bike to be stolen or you have committed a felony. In the end, they can bend it the way they need to justify the chase. Ramming you seems a lil extreme though. If I'm in your case, i go with a good lawyer (with good connection to the judges) and take it to court.
