1 day after, 4 days, 5 days and 8 days.

Damn!!! That looks just like my knee did. Took fukin forever to heal. I like wearing my knee pads now!!

If your out in the bush and you havent any dettol use vegemite ,just paste it in and it helps relieve the pain until you get home.another good trick is deep heat extra strength my mate ground off a flat section of his back almost exposing his scapula's after a flip with no shirt on hot mix. We smoothed the hot stuff in which kills off the exposed nerve endings, he went off screaming and jumped into the pool. It was the most pain he has ever felt to this day!! but he was able to wear a shirt straight away with no dressing.
