if you get the crf make sure you check the valves. for some reason the face of the titanium valves get ****ed up real quick. i would get a yzf450 because they are more reliable. just my two cents.

crf all the way!
problem with 2 strokes is that you have to keep the r's up to make power!
with a 4 stroke especially a crf you can pull/torque yourself through corners, jump faces, etc.
And if you get some studded tires you can ride on the ice for fun!

could not get the jetting right
messed with the pig for about an hour and then was close but the air was so thick it was ready to snow and 28 deg. So the thing did not run right! that is another problem with 2 strokes.
Crf ran fine! No problems
