I hope you don't! It's a sick custom. You should hang onto that one for a while.

Don't forget to set your camber. Looks like one wheel is cocked more than the other???

I know a little bit about it from helping Therriault with his back in the day. Plus I adjusted my EX's front end. You'll need two flat/straight boards(2x4's will work), a tape measure, and a someone to help. I used to help with my neighbors stock car back in high school as well, so I learned how to do it on cars first. It's easy on a quad because you want both sides to be equal, so count threads and take measurments. 15-20 min project... tops.

ahhhh... gotcha. I thought you meant toe and camber. I can still help with the suspension though. It's not like we can just set it once in the garage though. You'll have to ride it over the same terrain a few times and compare different settings.

Slinky... did you dry-fit the engine before having the frame sent out for powder coat?

Nice... I don't recall you mentioning that little tid bit. I knew you had bought this frame because the other one was junk. Get that **** as far as you can. I'll help with what I know if you still need it next weekend. FYI... I'll be rolling through Friday night. Gonna leave here around 3pm to make it there about 9pm. Have you done any research online for proper suspension set up on a 250R chassis? Might be worth your time to find out what other riders are setting there sag at. You might even be able to find someone your height/weight to tell you his settings on a message board.

the other frame wasnt modded right....so i found this one that was, but the guy who had it had tried putting an R motor back in and chopped out one of the motor mounts.
I should have it pretty much complete for when you get here...the suspension i'm going to get it set to where its comfortable to ride...then i'll worry about fine tuning when i can get some track time.

also did you happen to put anything together for me yet?

Slinky... the quad looks gourgeous! Great job! You WIN!!!! Just called Jordan, and he's not getting a spark, so that makes you the winner. I owe you a 12 pack of Coors.... so does Jordan.
