ok. Here is my situation.....
5 years ago I weighed 235lbs. Mind you, I'm only 5'8". I looked a little round let's say. I basically shut off all fried food, soda, candy, snacks, and big diners. I ate oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and chicken breast or fish for diner. I dranks tons of water, and limited myself to 1 night of drinking per week (that was easier then b/c I was underage). I walked 4 miles every morning and mountain biked roughly 25 miles every Saturday. With all that going on I lost 55lbs in about 4-5 months. I started going to the gym shortly after the dieting and my body couldn't handle it due to the lack of vitamins, minerals, etc. So basically, I started eating again. I continued to watch my intake and continued the weight training and I felt great for almost 2 years. Well, now I'm back to about 215lbs. I stopped going to the gym and I go out for diner like 5-6 times a week. I feel like ***. I look like ***. I need to do something. I can't seem to commit myself to shitty half *** diets so I need to just go all out. I'm reverting back to simple cardo and no shitty food. I'll still eat 3 times a day.... but like a damn bird. I'll drink tons of water and take vitamins.
Anyone have an suggestions.... possibly make it easier for me?

Bri, losing 30 lbs doesn't mean or include killing your dog or taking a healthy number 2. we're talking about fat here tubby....
I dont think i could lose 30 lbs there would be nothing left, however I'm 5'11 210 and I may go for 20 so I can model with Kate Moss, she hot in an anorexic coke head kinda way.....
here's a hint to help you win....shhhhhh don't tell anyone......
lots of water, start off with at least a gallon a day(you'll **** like a race horse)
Hydroxycut (expensive but worth it)
lots of cardio as well as weight training(idea is to build lean muscle mass)
watch the Carb intake ie: bread,pasta,refined suger,etc.
increase protein intake ie: tuna(no mayo/very little mayo),protein shakes or bars...
Good luck lets see what we can do.....

take a really good vitamin like Mega Man from GNC.....
eat more often, smaller amouts 5 or 6 times a day.... don't eat after 6pm your body is slowing down at that point and can't digest as fast. Don't eat before working out always work out on an empty stomach.....

We can make it more interesting and we can bet $100 that I go from 165 to 180 before you go from 215 to 185. I was pretty fucked up last year and dropped from 170 to 142 after losing my dad, job, apartment, and motorcycle. Now I am on the rebound and weigh 165 but wont stop till 180.

brian here is another good way you can lose the weight. hydrocycut(sp) works i am on it right now . doesn,t get you in bad moods either just mad energy. do cardio in the morning as soon as you get up on a empty stomach.you will burn more fat that way since you belly is empty.don, t eat carbs after 7:00 p.m.do cardio for atleast 40 mins. in the morning to. in about 2 weeks of doing this you should drop about 10-15 pounds.trust me this works just watch what you eat and drink alot of water.

He's right take that Hydroxycut(it's a metabolic enhancer):in other words it helps your metabolism go up, if your metabolism goes up that means your body is digesting quicker and faster, which finally leads to pooping and pissing more. Drink 6-8 glasses of H2) a day with at least 8-10 searvings of protein a day(protein shakes, protein bars or just good food). o.k i go to the gym 5 daus a week, but to put on size not to lose weight. to lose weight DO NOT TAKE hydroxycut or any other fat burner for that matter. i myself have had bad or ****** weird things happen to my body while on them.
what i do recommend is that you try to diet like you said in your first post,no fried food,no soda ,fish,chicken-blah blah blah. try to get to the gym like 4 times a week and do at least 30-45 min. of cardio and then do a work out(whatever suites your needs).2 body parts a day is a good way to go. also use a good quality protein source like (ISOPURE) 42 grams of protein per drink.you can get it a GNC. protein helps transform the fat that can be turned to muscle into muscle ,and the cardio helps burn away the bad fat. i hope this helps a little.
