Who wants to make a bet w/ me?
Take in at least 1 gm. of protien per pound of bodyweight or you may(probably will) lose muscle. White chicken,turkey,tuna,low fat cottage cheese and egg whites(fat and cholesterol is in the yolk). All are low in calories and very low in fat..next to none. Eat your 3 meals and add 2 meals of protien in between. More small meals make the body more efficient. Trust me, the extra meals and added protien will help ya.
From what I saw last night, Brian is doing well with his diet. Brian how was the deluxe bacon cheeseburger and fries last night? You did have a bud light instead of bud though. This is going to be easy like taking candy from a kid.

Hey Burger and Fries,
How is that diet going? Enjoying running and eating salad? This weight gaining stuff is tuff. I just finished stuffing a third sandwich down. Today I had 3 Sandwiches, few hard boiled eggs, a few oranges, sour patch kids, crackers and cheese, glass of milk, 2 juice boxes, can of coke, and two glasses of water. I love the lunch my girl packs me each morning. I wonder what she is making for dinner? Hopefully steak and potatoes and apple pie with ice cream for desert.
You better pay up sucka, $100 big ones!!!

Yesterday I had an English Muffin for breakfast. A garden salad w/ vinagarette & an apple for lunch. And... ahhh.... don't want to say for diner.
Today I had another english muffin for breakfast. A chicken breast w/ BBQ sauce & mash potatoes for lunch. I'll probably eat a salad for diner.
It's not easy and I'm starvin'!!
You betta throw up the $100. And what happens if you gain the weight and I lose? Even?

Well guy I have heard this before and with the exception of Tara I probably spend more time with you than anyone since I work with you. Now I am by no means in shape myself but hell I am not a buddha like your self. As far as Hydroxycut, Ripped Fuel etc etc. They are all (Thermogenic) over the counter drugs. Hence fourth they all give you jitters. What they do is that they actually heat your insides literally! There are (Non-Thermogenic supplements) out there as well. I in fact tried Hydroxycut and yes I felt the effects. But it warns you not to take it for too long or it will f you up! I lost 15-20 lbs and worked out like a mad man before I was in my accident. It did increase my metabolism and my strentgh. I was benching 360lbs for 7. All I am saying is the equation is very simple and you dont need anyones advice guy. You have to work out and work out alot! Diet? Sure. Simple carbs=energy which if not burned = fat Protein=food to the muscles which in fact is vital after you work out. Guy with everything it takes time. If you spent a third of devotion to your health as you do to this ridin group you would be in excellent shape. I wont bet weather you lose it or not I bet if you do it or not and to stick with it once you get there. How about everytime you slack I bodyslam you on the ground guy. Bri spread your meals out small break them up into 4 with a snack in the middle. This way it will keep you honest in your diet..and it will keep your energy level up. Drink like a gallon of water a day or work up to it. good luck......
