Well the top of my carb just came off "dunno why" mabye i didnt have it on tight eno0ugh anywayit went full throttle and looped on me... then there was oil on the right case and oil on the Air filter.... Like the oil came out of the air filter... is this normal ????????i dunno what happened~
One more thing... i have searched!! Sounds like the carb is popping when i rev it up pretty good and let off to shift.. makes a little Pop everytime... dont sound like anything is hurting just kinda wandering!

 

What kind of air filter are you running?

did you recently clean and re oil it?

maybe too much filter oil on it.

 

No no MOTOR oil lol~ i actually thing it came from the breather that went from the crankcase to a little box and the box went to air box... i didnt plug the hose or anything and i think thats where it came from.. i was going like 20 and it looped on me and hit pavement hard "so did i" lol I DIDNT LOOP IT IT LOOPED ME hah throttle stuck wide friggin open when i was at balance point lol

 

What about the little pop?? sounds just like its air really but just thought id ask... does it when i rev the **** outta it then close throttle all the way."to shift"

ya i bet thats what happened.

Go get a UNI air filter and a small crank breather filter. the UNI will give you a little more power and the crank breather filter will keep the oil out of the air filter.

 

When i had the Takegawa air filter that came with my kit i had the same pop **** when i was revving it out. When i got the UNI filter it no longer pops.

 

ok good just kinda nervous heh first time ever messing with this thing... just making sure "I" didnt *** anything up when installing lol

if its popping when you let off the gas its cuz its lean. check your plug
