88cc tuned

Got 88cc kit semi tuned.. Put needle on 2nd from bottom and fuel/air screw 1/2 turn from in. Has GOBS of low end torque but i deff need clutch and sprockets seems like im reving the **** outta it.... revs up waaay fast, :YEAH Top end dont seem any faster tho... need a stocker to race me!

no ****, your top end didnt get any better with an 88cc kit? which kit did you get?

he bought my trailbikes ones. he just need to tune it and run it ..

coreys had top of end ~43 with stock gearing when he 1st put on his 88kit now he has gearing but we havent tried it yet

on my 88 im running a 85 main jet on a 18 mil carb with about the same settings. I also installed clutch springs, oil pump, CDI, fast50s pipe, and UNI fliter. Its got tons and power from bottom to top.

I also have gone 2 down in the rear and two up in the front. that seemed to help even the low end power out a little. Top speed with my big *** on it is about 50mph. Im thinking of getting the TB race head for more lower end power.

I was out Motarding it last weekend and it was faster then the YSRs on the track but the bigger 110s were killing me out of the turns and on the straights.

Yup me and a few buds were out at Stockton Motor plex for a practice day last weekend. It was all are first time there. We had such a blast running around that track. Im sure we are going to go back.
