Dude, what the hell are you talking about. I never said they were made by the same company. Blinder said that SDG is a China-made piece of crap. Honda is obviously made in Japan. Both Japan and China are part of the continent of Asia. Blinder said that SDG and Honda "ARE NOT EVEN FROM THE SAME CONTINENT". I was simply trying to understand what 2 contintents does he think that China and Japan are located. Then he said that Japan is an island, like that has anything to do with what continent it is a part of. Xidium, maybe if you read the entire thread instead of just the last couple of posts you would know what the hell is going on. Damn, you and Blinder are so dumb, you make me wanna rip my own arm off just so I can have something to beat the hell out of you with!!

Re: crf50 or SDG mini bike

Dysfunctional, I will have to agree with my buddy Brian on the SDG being good for dirt only because I mainly ride mine on dirt only jumping and stuff. As tall as the bike is it may seem a little more unstable on the 10" wheels and may be harder to do street tricks on than an XR/CRF50 would be because they sit lower and have a lower center of gravity. So just depending on the type of riding you do, would I recommend an SDG over an XR/CRF. STREET- XR/CRF50 DIRT - SDG107 :YEAH

P.S. Brian127 (for saying the SDG is a China made piece of poo poo)

I work at Donnell's Motorcycles in Independence, MO and we have become a dealer of the SDG Super Mini and have sold all 6 that we got in (since then we have ordered 2 more crates). I was a proud recipient of one and couldn't be happier and more impressed. I've put that thing thru lots of abuse and stresses, more than most people probably will, and it has held up so far like my honda did last year. I've done full motos on it on big bike MX tracks, tapped it out through the streets, and jumped some big gaps on it and the bike is GREAT. I ride with Brian Smith (Brian127) and the Midwest Stunters guys quite a bit so if you know anything about them from this forum, then you know what type of abuse I've put it through so far. The only problems I've had are your NORMAL new bike problems: stretched chain and worn the grips out. I cased two gnarly doubles hard and bent the right side footpeg mount down but that bent back and have another coming already. The ONLY thing that Binder929rr is right about is the parts availability right now because right now they are only set-up for crate damaged parts. They are putting together a dealer packet with a parts list/prices and are sending it as soon as they are done. Otherwise, most of the Honda XR/CRF50 parts will mount right on and I'm sure you can definitely find a part that will work if you really need it. THESE THINGS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE X-TREMEs WITH QUALITY..... WAY BETTER!!!!! So go ahead and buy an SDG, it's the best bike for the money and you save at least a grand or two with the hop-ups you get..... :YEAH
Thanks for the knowledgable review!!!!! I was going to get the Pit Pro CR107... Now I might consider the SDG, instead.

Do you think it is too much of a bike for someone new to the fiddys?

Oh by the way, I am not some rich kid. I am a poor work stiff slave who is saving up his money to buy a bike of value. Since, I am a working slave, I don't have much leisure time outside of family and job, to hop up an XR50. I would like to buy something ready to tear up some roads when I get a chance outside of the wifey's sphere of influence.
:YEAH :YEAH

SDG is a China-made piece of crap.

You might say that about chinese products now.. But at one time.. Japanese products were known to be cheap too.

Anyway, I can see why someone would spend $4000 to $5000 to mod their XR50, it is like a nuclear arms race.. it is a slow built up to a monster before you turnaround and say Holy poop.. what did I do.. haha. It is a hobby and they are proud of it.

I am not going to knock it.. the reason the fiddy came around is because Honda made a quality bike for kids... so good it was able to fit an adult.. by not the racing stress for an adult. The chinese are seeing the niche that Honda is not filling, so they are making it to fit that need. What is wrong with that??!!! Unless, you are guilty and justifying for spending (Holy Shizzz) $4000, $5000, $7000 on a kid's bike. haha Just my .000002 cents in... I am stupid I don't know anything... so tear this post up all you want.
