Question Xr/crf50 F.a.q ???

Any of you guys that have been around the fiddy's a long time ever thought about throwing together a frequently asked questions topic you could pin to the top??

I know I know "do a search" but try searching for about any topic and it the results come back with tons and tons of topics..

I just got mine and I am completely new to the fifties and I have a lot of questions. I was thinking something like this could really clean the board up of the same ol same ol posts and give all us n00bs a place to check first for quick reference answers.

It could house product reviews (eg: "whats the best rear shock spring??") and tips & hints for the most common upgrade procedures as well as things to look out for. Parts you can make and build, tolarences etc etc.

Everything these days now has an FAQ file on the net but I havn't found one for the fiddy yet. You guys have one of the best fiddy boards in my opinion and I think it would help make it even better!

Anyone thought about or tried this yet??

What do you all think??

Hi,

I am new to the fiddy.

IF you know what you know now, Which bike would you choose as your FIRST fiddy (with no fiddy experience)?

SDG MINI RACER
Pit Pro CR107
XR50

or something else..

Re: Xr/crf50 F.a.q ???

Buying a used bar/clamp kit from Wagz on here ( ) and the sik50's suspension springs/bushings front and rear I have only spent $210 total. Pretty damn sweet in my opinion. Sure you can spend what ever you want on it but for an adult you will need at the very minimum a bar kit (which new you can get for $160 from Fast50's) and the front and rear springs and bushings. I am 5'11" and 220 pounds and mine is now perfectly fine for an adult. Sure you can peice together a bar setup probably cheaper but I am saying after the price you are gonna need to spend another $250 off the bat to make it where you will want it probably less if you look for a good deal and possibly go with used. With possibly getting the taller seat down the road if you want to. From there its endless on what you can spend.
