How much would you pay for a stock 2001 xr50

 

My friend bought one for $750 and it was clean and stock.

 

I got mine for $900....powdercoated frame/swingarm/bars, FMF pipe, and there were two scratches on the plastic

 

i have to say that powdercoat is 'different' to say the least

IMHO, I think that looks horriable!, that bike has 03 plastic, you sure its an 02?

 

Oh yeah and to add to the post I paid $750 for a 03 with BBR big bar kit and CHM exhuast and k&N filter. But I think I got a good deal. :YEAH

black plastics are coming in a couple of weeks, with some custom graphics. yeah i thought the same thing when i bought it, but why be like everyone else with something stock. it is an 02, at least that is what the title says

 

i just got mine las week off teh showroom floor for $1288. it even had a born on date of january 04.

by far, the best deal i've seen yet, a guy brought a 01 50 in last week, he bought it for his daughter, 5 min into her first ride, it got away from her, and ran into a barn, bent the front lower fork tubes. cost the poor guy $240 some dollars to fix it...... he only paid $400 for it, it was in mint shape, until his kid piled it up.....$400!!!!!!!!
