Re: BMX pegs

They are fun, I took mine off when I started jumping more. Listen to the advice about the tensioners.

Re: BMX pegs

My buddy gave me a set of pegs from his old BMX and I threw them on the other night... lots of fun, but hard to balance wheelies... It's lots of fun though. I mounted them just above the axil, since the axil is too short to bolt them on too.

I wanna put them on the front as well, they make great sliders! and the dog likes them too

hey prnstar123, did you get longer axils for the front and rear to mount the pegs? if so then where do you get the axils

Re: BMX pegs

i got CURB DOG pegs at a local bike shop and they fit on the stock axle with plenty of leftover thread. i put grip tape over them cuz they slippery. stand up wheelies aren't instantly as easy as i thought they'd be. (we put one on the left rear of an XR80 and it was standup/slow wheelies right off the bat...even learnin circles!)
what i'd really like is a handbrake.
