Thursday Tip Of The Day.

If ur like me and rode over 2500 miles on ur 50 in the past months and ride on the rear wheel 90% of the time your rear break is wearing down.

Well the front and rear drum and interchangable.
Just swap the front out with the back and its like new. Not the break pads but the whole outer hub break. It's so nice to have breaks again.

Or if ur not a cheap *** you can just use break cleaner...but Ihad no avail

That tip doesn't involve anyone crashing or anything. Now I am confused.

How are you going to do stoppies if you don't have any front brake pads?

Hmm, what part of "I put my front brake drum on the rear and now my broke *** wore out rear brake drum is on the front"? is confusing YOU!!!

You have no brakes on the front now.

Why would you want to ride your bike with any part of it performing below specs? I guess I have more pride in myself and my machinery to do crap like that.

Too damn bad. Here I am again.

Let's break this down.

If ur like me and rode over 2500 miles on ur 50 in the past months and ride on the rear wheel 90% of the time your rear break is wearing down.

Well the front and rear drum and interchangable.

You spend all the time on your rear tire. Hence the assumption that your front brakes are still brand new.

You then state that you swapped the front out with the rear (actually you should say that you swapped the rear out with the front, that is technically what you did because your rear is the worn out piece). That leads me to believe that your worn out rear brake is now on the front.

So do you have the worn out rear assembly on the front now or what? I just have to question you on this.

Hell, with as smart as you make yourself sound, I thought you would actually know how to spell your (ur) in your original post.

This is like taking candy from a baby.

If you are old enough I will make sure I buy you some this summer when we make the run to Chicago for the run and stunt weekend.

BTW,how do you know you went over 2500 miles? I was thinking of mounting up a Panoram speedo for a mountain bike to mine so I could see how far we ride when we go out. Is that what you are using?
