the cheapest way to get lift is to make dogbones for the shock mount.
then you can go from 1-3 inches of lift.
welding shops charge about $45 including material. or simply drill three holes in a 3" long by 1 " wide metal bar it should be about the thickness of two quarters put together. drill holes spaced out evenly.and mount it between the stock mount and the and the shock.
