i put an aftermarket spring on mine and it seems like its a litter harder to wheelie. Did anybody else notice this or i'm i just trying to find a reason why i suck.

Stoppies seam to bounce up a little quicker as well

YES, stiffer rear springs make it damn near impossible for me to wheelie the fiddy. a few of my friends have them and i think they suck, they're always WAY too stiff for me and it feels like there is no dampening at all anymore just a big'ol stiff spring. if the spring raised the rear at all that will just make it even worse. i haven't had the oportunity to ride a bike w/ full suspension but i've heard mixed reviews... depends on the swingarm length and other factors. i have stock suspension w/ +1 forklegs and it's a breeze to wheelie.

my fiddy which i bought used had a aftermarket shock which raised it like 2 extra inchs and a little stiffer. I learned how to wheelies on that rear shock and didnt think that the shcok would do any better. But i was WRONG

The transition from 9oclock-12oclock is a lot smoother with the stock shock. I had a crappy rear aftermarket shock with hardly any compression or dampning. So it made wheelies real high real sketchy compared to my stock oem shock

my $0.02

this is interesting....
i never noticed a difference?

the only diff i noticed was it was better when i wheelie of curbs and objects....its stiffer so it would have less bounce.

I like the stiff springs better, but, I'm 200#'s so it might not be as big of a deal for a little guy.

I can wheelie the hell out of any 50 no matter what the setup. BUT stock springs make circles much tighter
