Bronze or Nylon Bushings??

which work best? the nylon or the bronze bushings?? mine are about worn out......
i've heard that the bronze ones will wear down the fork??
are they hard to change? does anyone have an extra set??

also, do i need to replace the graphite slider on top of the bushing and by chance does someone know how much they sell for?

I have the same +1 five-O forks and nylon bushings. Does yours make squeaky noises when the forks are compressing? Mine squeaks like crazy! Sounds like my dog's toy is stuck inside!

squeeking is perfectly normal. its the little grooves on the bushings and the forklegs. it will eventually stop making the noise and remain slop free. sano sells a kit with the forklegs and bushings too.

well, how about the graphite bushing thing above it, should it be replaced while you're in the fork???

Grease/lube them...
