Shitty Forks, anyone elses C-clips drop?

I have the heavy springs in mine, and lately I swear every time I ride my bushings pop out 3 or 4 times. It's getting to be a big pain in the ***, is this happening to anyone else? I was thinking of going back to stock springs or cutting about 1" off the heavy duty ones, what does everyone think?

Edit: and yes I also have nylon bushings

what would cutting 1 inch of H duty one get you? That is why I never got springs in the front..just rear, not one problem yet...no wiggle.... who cares if you bottom them out anyhow...the way we ride these f****ing things, it will be a miricle if they are runing by summer.

I think if you cut 1/2 inch off Hduty springs this will eliminate ur problem....ever thought of that?

I keep telling you Nick..buy the 1 inch longer Sano Forks. I have them and the bushings with gearworks Springs and haven't had a problem yet.

I dunno how much I'm going to cut, but cutting them down a little will relieve some pressure that's being asserted down onto those shitty c-clips...

Eddie I'll put on the longer fork legs if you buy them for me!

Had this problem

I had this problem when landing a 6ft dirt kicker and my c clips were not in the slot they fit in.
