do you have to insure 50s?

I live in Pa do you have to carry insurance on them? If so how how much are you guys paying?

its an off road only vehicle, which means.... no you don't have to insure it.

UNLESS, you make it street legal which will cost you another $500 or more dollars. I heard someone say they paid like $35 a month or every 6 months or something like that.

No insurance needed, but it might not be a bad idea to insure it since this little things disappear very easily.

I have mine through state farm . Full coverage for $7 a month . Covers any damage I might do to someone elses property while on it . It also covers it if it gets stolen. I looked into it when some dirtbags tried to steal it from in front of my girlfriends condo. I had it chained to the bed of my truck . The low lifes cut my tie downs and left it hanging from the side of my truck when they realized it was chained up. Now the Fiddy comes inside the condo at night .
