2009 Yamaha R6 R - Custom Streetighter

Just got this bike in and thought it was a good fit here. I have to say in all my years riding and dealing in bikes this has to be one of the most impressive builds I have ever seen. I part out 99% of all bikes I get in but this bike deserves to stay together. I think it can find a new home with someone here. Asking $4999 for the R6R.

OK, the details... cut an paste from my local ad.

Up for sale is a 2009 Yamaha R6 R converted to a custom streetfighter. First off I have to say in all the years I have been doing bikes... this is the most custom streetfighter I have ever seen in person. It is really that unique and must bee seen to appreciate. I am sure you can see from the pics what I mean. Mileage on the bike is just over 10K. We purchased this bike from an insurance auction as a recovered theft bike. Tires are in like new condition.

We will list just some of the highlights of this build...

Custom front end, encapsulated forks and 4 bolt lower triple clamp
Carbon fiber upper with HID headlight
Custom matte black exhaust
Custom tail section and seat
Matte red paint on panels
Gloss green paint on frame / motor / forks / etc

There is much more done to the bike, way too much to list. Please contact us and we can go over any details you need to know.

Title status ... Here is the bad part. Since we bought this bike from the insurance company as a recovered theft they decided to issue it a non-rebuildable title. YES, we know this is an issue and it will be up to the buyer to handle the next step (new frame, etc). You will get a copy of the title, bill of sale, and copy of auction receipt from us. VIN number on the frame and motor were removed in the theft.
