got an afternoon of riding and tuning today. Ended up with the 90 main, 38 pilot and clip one notch down. Still has a little stumble which I don't think can be fixed with these carbs.. but the bike runs great.

If your bike runs good with that combo leave it...

 

yeah im going to it revs to the moon and even the ol' plug test says its running good nice and tan. oh quick question does the stage one tb kit usally come with a high comp piston cuz when i ordered mine i accidently got the 88cc kit for the xr70 and when i installed it i had a lil piston and valve interferance so i ground down the piston a bit and smoothed it out and im thinking between that and all the head porting iv done is why the bike needs this off the wall jetting
