Trouble with rear brake on handlebar .

The brake is pressed very hard.

No , wheel moving good , but very hard pressing to brake level .
If to change a spring for softer it does not suffice to return the brake lever.

check for bindng in the cable and switch to a more heavy duty piece of metal where it hooks up to the rear brake arm...might help
