same wheelie looped out two days in a row wtf???

so yesterday im f ing around waiting for my friend to warm up him bike so im at bp in 1st gear and click it into 2nd and slam right on my *** before i could even think about it....then today try it a few time low speed 2nd gear bp wheelies front end drops clicking into 3rd, so now im 2nd gear bp have quite a bit of speed, towards the top of 2nd gear and click it into 3rd and slam back on my *** again. is there a better way to try this?

pratice just cruzin 1st gear around once u get ur brake control down a real good then maybe start trying to shift but even then there is no real rason to be shiftin gears the only tim i shift is when i am doing coasters i'll push tthe shifter up to nuetral so i can rev the bike and then i'll let out and i'll be in 3rd and i'll just keep crusin the wheelie thats the only time i shift but just practice and u'll get it

1st to 2nd is notorious for throwing everyone on their ***. I don't even try it anymore after it did it to me a long time ago.

bro check it out when you click it up to next gear lean foward a little and you have to smack the brake lever hard right after swicthing gears and it gonna feel squirrlely but if you can keep it up straighten t out oh you can aslo cover the hell out of the brake in first and get use to it whiping up into second and stomping the brake you wil stomp less and become more confiedent after a couple tries i now all about the turtle move looks like a tutlre on his back bad way to wreck to hope that helps bro

Good Stuff^^^ this is what i did to get used to it.

2nd to 3rd can be done, its easier than 1st to 2nd, just bring it back enough where you really don't need to use the throttle to keep it up, almost like a coaster but actually letting the bike rev down itself. once the rpms drop click it up and keep that foot on the rear brake. i've seen 1st to 2nd but you gotta go slow as sh*t to do it

Also wait a second before you let the shifter back down so the rpms drop little.

exactly, 1st to 2nd you need to be going pretty slow and letting the front end start to fall... 2nd to 3rd is way easier and can be done in a much wider RPM range, i usually let the front start to barely fall from a coaster like state and then jsut click up... i can go all 3 gears now in a wheely... the first few times i tried it i busted my a$$ hard, but with a little practice it's cool as hell to be able to just click up the next gear and walk off from your friend who wheely'ing next to you ... now if i could only figure out how to downshift on one wheel i'd be pimpin

Re: same wheelie looped out two days in a row wtf???

I haven't looped one yet but I have hit the brake hard enough that I almost ate the handlebars. They seem really inconsistant for me. Sometimes the bike will let me shift into second and sometimes it won't. So far I have only been able to shift 1-2-3-2-1 in a wheelie about 5 times. First to second is the only shift I ever really have trouble with. Lately I really like doing a wheelie in second gear then rocking it back into a coaster, slow it down, shift it to first, then go straight into circles.
