Re: Chinese Or Honda Fiddy's
I think a Chinese one is a better buy for the purpose of just learning rear brake control. You can get 2 decent new Chinese fiddles for the price of one used Honda. Ive dropped my Chinese fiddly at every speed imaginable, beat it to ****, and never changed the stock oil.

Re: Chinese Or Honda Fiddy's
crf/xr's are the f4i of fiddies.... after tearing down the china 125 my brother gave me I would never waste money on buying a new one. All the bolts oxidized, rusted, stripped or ratled out and its an '09. The damn tripple had to be groound down just so it would tighten enough to hold the bars, muffler melted the cheap *** fender, seat ripped from sitting on it, "billet" throttle rubbed the cable til it broke and thats just the start.

Re: Chinese Or Honda Fiddy's
i actually bought a Chinese 2-3 days ago... quality is better then honduh, it actuality uses BOLTS not those gay little plastic clips and Phillips heads....
its 2007, 10/10, 72cc, e22 head i just need to order a big bar kit a manifold for the mikuni VM20(from 2t 50) and a TB 88 kit... keeping the stock stealthy exhaust

Going to revive this... Anyone thought about one of these and turn into a motard? I'm seriously considering getting one to build. going with 125cc, for street use.

Re: Chinese Or Honda Fiddy's
I added all legal lighting and a battery that fits in the palm of my hand. Added a mirror, DOT tires and even a key to prevent someone from hoping on it and riding off with it. Obviously it wouldn't prevent someone form picking it up and putting it in the bed of a truck.
I took pictures of the entire street legal install if you'd like to see them. Have pictures of the CRF50 street legal install as well as the koren bike street legal install.
