Hard to believe that little kid forks would be stiff enough, but i will take your word for it. It sits perfect right now. Add another 30 to your cost for a HD shock spring and that would make it just about 200 for good all around suspension.

I may just have to show you up with a cheap bolt on front end! (bolt on as far as the clamps go) The legs will still have to be shaved down so the wheel will be centered, and the holes will have to be drilled out.....and i will need to buy a new front axle. I'm gonna make a phone call today, and then go from there. Then its custom built time...and then torture testing. One nice thing about the clamps I plan on running is that they will have steering stops, and might not result in so much rake due to different geometry. I think there would be a pretty good sized market for this stuff...its either run your stock front end, or spend 500 plus shipping. This setup would be closer to the cost of plus one chromoly legs with bushings and HD springs. It would also be aimed at the crowd running XR75 forks for which they are paying over 200 as it is, for really old parts!
