leaning one handers
Re: leaning one handers
Lean forward while your up in the wheelie (kind of like your doing a crunch), it takes the weight off of your hands. Just work on that and when you feel the weight leaving your hands (i.e. you don't have to grasp the handlebar grip as hard), then let go of the grip for a sec, but keep your hand close in case you shift your weight too far back and need to grab on again to keep from falling backwards. Once you get that down it will come easy and you can use your knees and shift your weight around on the seat to help keep it straight if needed

Re: leaning one handers
At first make sure you lean forward like you are doing a sit up. Then after you learn them better you can lay back a bit more. Not sure if you have brake control yet or not but that is a must with one handers and no handers.
