Yeah I had seen 1 video last year but first time I see the 2nd on the news.
I like the cop at the end saying before it was 1 guy in the group doing it now they are all on one wheel and that is scary haha. The cop thinks it's a big problem like we are getting worst then the drug and crime biker gangs. That just shows the difference between good and bad cop right there. Some of them have no life.
