Im suprised you even got charged with what you got, being in the military and all. When I was active duty, that military ID was like a get out of jail free card.

 

Remember just because they have your tag doesnt mean you cant leave it at a mall, or in some bushes and report it stolen. Just act surprised when they come to your house and be like not my bike, mines in the garage, then go to the garage and be like holy **** my bikes missing or call it in stolen yourself.

But i didn't hear any rights unless they told you that later off camera. I 2 just got back from Iraq not to long ago, did you get NJP?
